A formal production enterprise will have a set of implementation standards for its products, and only those that meet the standards will be labeled as qualified and flow into the market.

Hardness standards, length standards, cutting standards, and production standards are the production standards for industrial aluminum profiles, and production enterprises must strictly implement them.

Standard: GB/T68922006; but because this standard is lower than the standard for architectural aluminum profiles, we generally use the standard GB5237-2008 for architectural aluminum profiles to control industrial aluminum profiles.

The GB52372008 standard divides aluminum profiles into three grades: ordinary grade, high-precision grade and ultra-high-precision grade. Each level also specifies the dimensional tolerance range, plane clearance, bending degree, twisting degree, etc. of aluminum profiles.

Hardness standard: Generally, the hardness of industrial aluminum profiles made of 6063-T5 material is ≥8 degrees, which is qualified. The hardness mentioned here refers to the Webster hardness.

Length standard: The length of one industrial aluminum profile produced by existing aluminum profile manufacturers on the market is 6.02 meters. If you want to be longer, you can only customize it, and generally it will not be longer than 7.5 meters.

Cutting standard: The general cutting error is less than or equal to 0.5mm, so that when the aluminum profile frame is assembled, there will be no installation failure.

Production standards: The production of industrial aluminum profiles is in line with European standard production standards: ISO9001 quality management system.
